1. What is Young Leader (YL) offered by CK Institute of Management, Coimbatore?

YL is a 3-month Certificate Program offered by CK Institute of Management. This premier course aims at your Employability skills. It is the right platform to begin a rewarding career in Corporate World. The Young Leader Program is an activity-based learning with in-house and outbound training. It is a Personal Transformation Program.

2. Can I find a job after the completion of YL?

Young Leader course will prepare you in all aspects for job search. Your participating quality is primary for equipping yourself for employability. Industry experts, consultants, HR Managers and Professional Trainers will guide you in seeking employment and you will feel much more confident after this course.

3. What is the duration of the YL?

The Young Leader is a 90-hour certified Program spread over 3 months at 30 hours per month. It consists of 180 hours of individualized practice.

4. What is the Eligibility criterion?

The minimum eligibility is a Diploma or Graduation or equivalent Degree. Aspirants who have completed their studies are looking out for jobs and who would like to enhance their employability skills are also eligible. Undergraduate and post graduate students can also take up this course to enhance their employability.

5. Can you explain the Admission Process and what is the last date for Admission?

Aspirants seeking admission into Young Leader Certificate Program are required to obtain the Application Form from CK Institute of Management office. On receipt of filled in applications, a screening test will be done. Eligible aspirants will be called for a discussion and admitted into the course.

7. How is YL different from other courses?

YL is different in the following ways:

9. Where will the Young Leader classes be conducted and what are the timings?

The classes will be conducted at IoM premises which is a state-of-the-art modern campus with digitalized air-conditioned classrooms. Classes would be in the evenings and weekends including 1 Sunday in a month. Timings would be between 6 pm to 8 pm. Depending on batch size morning classes may be scheduled in future. Depending on demand other days and timings may be offered.

10. What happens on completion of the course?

On successful completion of the course, a grand ceremony will be conducted at which time you will receive your Young Leader Certificate.
