Interview Process

We expect to interview between 200 and 300 applicants this year. The interview focuses on you and your actions rather than on hypothetical situations, with questions related to the behaviors, skills, and attitudes we believe characterise good citizens of CKIM community. We ask you what you've learned about yourself by reflecting on your experiences, and what insights they provide in terms of leading people and managing situations. You should take advantage of this opportunity to think about the people, situations, and events that have shaped you –you may be surprised by the many ways you've demonstrated your leadership qualities throughout your life.
