Human intelligence has created continuous stream of innovations and enterprises, which have contributed tremendously for the growth, and welfare of mankind. There is all round growth and prosperity and more importantly power balance seems to tilt in favor of great civilizations like India and China. For mankind to sustain the momentum, one of the key requirements, undoubtedly is the quality and quantum of Human Capital.

A nation, which can produce large numbers of leaders and innovators continuously, will have an edge over others. Therefore, there is a need to identify and nurture managerial and entrepreneurial talents. While focusing on growth, the leaders of tomorrow should not loose site of the culture and civilizations of the different geographies, which add color and beauty to the world and make the globe the wonderful place that we all admire.

CK Institute of Management, Coimbatore is a Division of the parent Section 25 not for profit company, created to train the leaders and managers of tomorrow for India and the world. These individuals will be made aware of the inherent potential of every human being. The power to become great and leave the footprint on the sands of history is in every individual. What distinguishes the great from the ordinary is that the great ones believed in themselves, set goals that the ordinary minds cannot even dream and worked tirelessly to reach where they wanted to.
